Dining at Le Club, I was greeted with a varied menu that gracefully adapted to the season and showcased fresh produce from their garden. Each dish was thoughtfully composed, featuring delightful combinations that genuinely highlighted the region’s rich flavors. One particularly memorable evening, I indulged in the Chef's workshop where the aromas of foie gras and a refreshing Plancha de la Mer wafted through the air, complemented perfectly by exquisite local champagnes—an experience that left an indelible mark on my palate. The restaurant's ambiance, nestled within the stunning surroundings of the chateau and its peaceful lake, enhanced our meal. With a dedicated staff ensuring every detail was attended to, this was a gourmet getaway that balances indulgence with a sense of local pride.
